Fees
In most of our projects we have worked with the individual client to access their specific design services needed and applied the appropriate fees based on these needs.
Example
| Space planning | $ 1.00 / sq. Ft. |
| Selection of finishes | $ 1.00/ sq. Ft. |
| Furniture floor plans | $ 5000.00 to $10,000.00 (based on size of the project) |

Art and accessories are negotiable.

Decorating 25% commission based on designer’s net cost.
Other options
We have worked with clients that requested a set design fee that is to be paid in increments as the project progresses.
Hourly consultation costs $ 125.00 / hr. ( 20 hr. Minimum.)
